Registration certificate
Articles of association/regulations with all subsequent supplements and amendments
Extract from the register, where data on client are collected
Documents confirming assignment of the head of the company and the management
Copy of passport / identity card / other personal identity document of the head of the company/authorized representative
Duly executed power of attorney to representative (if not director of the company is signing)
Seller’s commercial offer for property to be acquired
Financial statements (expanded balance-sheet, profit loss statement) for the last quarter of the current year and for the last economic year
Structure of shareholders of the company and companies owned by the company or shareholders
