Necessary documents for farmers (original copies or copies certified with applicant’s signature):

  • Filled in application
  • Farm registration certificate
  • Person’s passport / identity card / other personal identity document
  • Agricultural landed property and crop declaration
  • Seller’s commercial offer for property to be acquired
  • Financial statements (balance-sheet, profit loss statement) for the last quarter of the current year and for the last economic year
  • VAT declaration for the current and last years (if balance-sheet is not made) 
  • Business plan, submitted to NPA (only if it is purchased according to NPA support)
  • Duly executed and valid power of attorney (if it is acted through representative)

Necessary documents for companies (original copies or copies certified with applicant’s signature):

  • Filled in application
  • Registration certificate
  • Articles of association/regulations with all subsequent supplements and amendments
  • Extract from the register, where data on client are collected
  • Documents confirming assignment of the head of the company and the management
  • Copy of passport / identity card / other personal identity document of the head of the company/authorized representative
  • Duly executed power of attorney to representative (if not director of the company is signing)
  • Seller’s commercial offer for property to be acquired
  • Financial statements (expanded balance-sheet, profit loss statement) for the last quarter of the current year and for the last economic year
  • Structure of shareholders of the company and companies owned by the company or shareholders
