SEPA payments
SEPA payments are payments in euros within the Single Euro Payments Area
SEPA payment conditions:
- payer’s bank and payee's bank are in the Single Euro Payments Area
- payee's account number is in IBAN format
- payment type is classic or instant
- the payer and payee shall each pay their own bank’s fees.
Execution times:
- Standard payment
reaches the payee’s account on the same banking day (T+0) if the bank receives the payment order on a banking day before 16:00. If the bank receives payment order on a banking day after 16:00 or on a day off, the payment reaches the payee’s account on the first following banking day.
- Instant payment
reaches the payee’s account within 10 seconds of the bank receiving the payment order. Payment orders for instant payments can be given 24/7.
