Changes in service availability during the holidays

We would like to inform you about changes in the working hours and service availability during the holiday period.

23rd December - normal working day (sweepings to FI – cut off 16:15)

24th, 25th, 26th December - Christmas holidays

31th December - normal working day (sweepings to FI – cut off 11:00)

During the holidays, instant payments are processed as usual 24/7. SEPA classic payments and cross‑border payments entered on a public holiday, will be processed on the first working day following the public holiday.

Customers using OP eFX can find the availability information in the system. For Baltic customers currency exchange is available in Baltic Netbank, limit is up to 100 000 EUR per transaction.
