7.54 million EUR in financing has been provided to TKM Lietuva
We have provided 7.54 million EUR in financing to TKM Grupp company TKM Lietuva for the construction of new KIA and Skoda showrooms in Vilnius. The showrooms are located in a building on Ukmerges street that meets high sustainability standards.
"This new, modern space was created in accordance with the latest ESG taxonomy, ensuring higher quality and sustainability standards. It enables KIA Auto (KIA) and Motus auto (Skoda) to offer their customers a higher level of service and technologically advanced operational solutions," says Peeter Kutt, CEO of TKM Lietuva.

Modern infrastructure meets market needs and helps Lithuanian residents and businesses transition to more environmentally friendly transport. The building, which houses car showrooms, service centers, administrative offices, and an underground parking facility, spans nearly 5,500 sq. m.
A new pedestrian crossing was designed and installed in cooperation with the Vilnius City Municipality. A mature maple tree on the plot was also preserved during the construction process.
