Updated General Terms and Conditions of Services effective from 16 October 2026
Please be informed that the updated General Terms and Conditions of Services will enter into force on 16 October 2026.

The amendments update provisions related to anti-money laundering, fraud prevention and international sanctions, clarify customer information requirements, and revise the grounds for service restrictions and termination of business relationships. In addition, certain definitions and references to legislation have been updated.
These changes have been made to ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements and to further strengthen the Bank’s risk management framework.
