Joining Lithuanian Responsible Business Association

We have become members of the Lithuanian Responsible Business Association (LAVA). Together with the entire group, we are setting ambitious sustainability goals – by 2025, we aim to become carbon neutral, and we are also encouraging our clients to invest in transitioning to a sustainable economy. Being part of this association opens up even more opportunities to highlight the importance of sustainability in Lithuania.
"Congratulations to the OP Corporate Bank's Lithuanian branch for joining the community of sustainable business ecosystem developers who are committed to sustainable and responsible business. It is truly gratifying to see a growing community of sustainable business partners actively involved in the creation and dissemination of best practices," says Indre Kavaliauskaite, LAVA Director.
"I am delighted that we have become part of the largest organization in Lithuania promoting sustainable business. As a bank and part of the group, we have developed and are implementing a sustainability program whose mission is to collectively create a sustainable tomorrow. We want the impact on the environment of both our own and the investment funds and loan portfolios we manage to become neutral over time," says Leda Irzikeviciene, Country Manager of OP Corporate Bank's Lithuanian branch.
LAVA, operating for 10 years, is a creator of the sustainable business ecosystem that brings together more than 50 companies and organizations. Association members have the opportunity to share good responsible business practices, create partnerships, and strengthen sustainability competencies.
