"We are delighted to have renewed and created an even more sustainable working environment for our bank professionals, guests, and contributing to the implementation of the group's sustainability strategy. An internal bank survey has shown that we are highly conscientious, understanding, and aware of the impact we can have on the environment as an organization and individually," says Raminta Vileniskiene, Communications and Culture Manager of OP Corporate Bank's Lithuanian branch.

Our Green Office commitments and achievements:

Last year, we reduced office energy consumption by 5.2%, and the K29 business centre where we are located has obtained the BREEAM Excellent certification and utilizes energy from renewable sources. We will continue to reduce energy consumption further.

  • We evaluate the alignment of services and products provided by our suppliers and partners with our sustainability principles.
  • We responsibly sort waste, reduce paper and plastic usage, and donate unused but excellent office equipment and furniture, thereby reducing waste.
  • We continuously learn and promote a healthy lifestyle – from healthy snacks to walking challenges and travelling by trains, buses, and ferries where possible.
  • We are members of Lithuania's largest sustainable business-promoting organization, the Lithuanian Responsible Business Association (LAVA), and together with the OP Financial Group, we implement a sustainability program.

We regularly discuss sustainability at conferences and meetings with clients, so we invite you to join us in fostering sustainability leadership in Lithuania.
