OP Corporate Bank has streamlined its organizational structure in the Baltic States. On October 31, the bank merged the business leasing subsidiaries OP Finance to OP Corporate Bank. Please read the detailed answers to the most frequently asked questions about the completed restructuring.
From 2021 November 8 until 2022 January 31, visit any physical branch of Regitra and order the service of changing the registration certificate. In the certificate, the owner of the vehicle should be changed from AB OP Finance to OP Corporate bank plc Lithuania branch.
Indicate that the fee for the certificate change would be deducted from the prepaid account of the OP Corporate bank plc Lithuania branch. In this way, the change of documents will be performed free of charge.
We have already agreed with Regitra that the owner of the vehicles on the information system would have been changed from AB OP Finance to OP Corporate bank plc Lithuania branch. You just need to take the renewed registration certificate.
The change of registration documents without the fee can be done only in the physical branches of Regitra. When ordering an updated certificate online, there will be no possibility to use our prepayment for the service.

No, after the merger of OP Finance, the terms of the signed agreements remain in full force and effect.
Amendments to existing contracts do not need to be signed. All rights and obligations of OP Finance under the agreement are automatically transferred to OP Corporate Bank plc Lithuania Branch.
Contributions must continue to be paid in accordance with the terms of the agreement. From 31 October 2021, please pay the contributions to the same account by changing only the owner of this account to OP Corporate Bank plc Lithuania Branch.
